Kingz Auto LLC Warranty Coverage

Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty offers protection for critical mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle as specified in the warranty agreement. This includes repairs required due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Duration:
The warranty is valid for 11 months from the date of purchase or up to 11,000 miles driven, whichever comes first. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original buyer.

Coverage Limitations:
The following items are not covered under this warranty:

  • Routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other regular upkeep.
  • Damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, insufficient maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Wear-and-tear parts, including brake pads, tires, windshield wipers, bulbs, and belts.
  • Any customer or third-party modifications will void the warranty.
  • Vehicles used for commercial purposes, racing, off-roading, or any activity beyond the manufacturer’s intended use are excluded.

Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, report any mechanical or electrical issues directly to Kingz Auto LLC. The vehicle must be brought to our authorized service center for diagnosis and repair. All warranty repairs must be performed by our authorized service technicians or approved service providers unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before authorizing a warranty claim. Unauthorized repairs or modifications without prior written approval will void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accidents, floods, natural disasters, fire, theft, vandalism, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Damage due to improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Secondary damage caused by the failure of a covered component.
  • Costs associated with towing, rental vehicles, or alternative transportation.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts, at our discretion. Kingz Auto LLC is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the vehicle.

Our 11-Day Trial Period:

  • The trial period begins from the date of purchase or vehicle delivery, if applicable.
  • During this 11-day period, you can thoroughly test and evaluate the vehicle.
  • If dissatisfied, you may return the vehicle to Kingz Auto LLC within 11 days of purchase.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. Damages or excessive mileage may result in deductions or fees applied to the original purchase price.
  • To initiate the return process, contact our customer service within the trial period. Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide further instructions.
